Building healthy habits from childhood to protect the hearts of tomorrow

A scientifically evaluated health education program created under the leadership of Dr. Valentín Fuster in alliance with the American College of Cardiology.

What is Dr. Fuster and Friends?

It is an educational program designed to stop cardiovascular disease risk factors before they even start. Through primordial prevention, we teach children and adolescents to care for their bodies, minds, and emotions using interactive materials, games, and multimedia resources.

Built on over 10 years of research, the program focuses on the two critical developmental windows where lifelong habits are formed.

What We Learn

(Our 4 Pillars)

Aligned with national health standards, the program transforms participants’ lives through four key domains:

Physical Health:

Balanced nutrition (more natural foods, less ultra-processed items), daily movement, and consistent sleep.

Emotional Health:

Equipping kids with tools to identify, express, and regulate their emotions in healthy ways.

Social Health:

Empowering youth to be positive leaders in their peer groups and communities, steering them away from risks like tobacco and vaping.

Family Engagement:

Weekly challenges and at-home projects to ensure healthy habits are practiced together as a family.

Great surprises are on the way!

Very soon in this space, we will make health fun.
